After years of experience designing, building and surfacing over 1000 sport facilities, founder Brian Renner, a Certified Running Track & Tennis Court Builder (CTB & CTCB), wanted to address a shortfall within the sport construction industry. Simply put, facilities are not lasting as long as they could.
The attention dedicated to maintaining world class facilities pales in comparison to the education, expertise, and energy that architects, engineers and contractors devote to building these facilities. As a result, once a facility is completed, no one knows there’s a problem till there is a big problem.
